You follow him, hoping that you'll get to the mountains sooner than the valley. He trots slowly, so you can keep up, but he's obviously not happy that you can't run as fast as he can. You approach another of his kin, and when you get close enough he breaks into a run and embraces her.
"This is Arina, my mate," he says. He turns to her, "This is a wanderor, looking to visit us and get to the mountains."
She smiles and waves her wings. "Would you like to see our Book of Records?" she asks.
"Erm, what is that exactly?" you reply, a bit curious.
"We all have status in the herd, as well as genetics and sometimes even baby pictures. However, we can't memorize all of it, so we keep it written in the Book of Records. Whenever a new drigus joins our herd, we add them to the Book."
Reggie nods and points to a book that is lying in the sand.
"Either way, I'll leave you here, wanderor," he says. "You can make your way through the heard easily enough." He smiles, nods, and trots off, leaving you with Arina for company.
"Well, this is the book, or you can keep going and meet the other drigetti."
