To respond, Myakai turns her back and disappears around a batch of trees. At first, you think perhaps she doesn't want you to meet the rest of her pack, but soon more wolves approach. They are unlike any creatures you've ever seen before. They have such different colors.
The first that approaches you has a mix of pink, red, white, and blue. She sits a bit off, waiting for her companion. She says, "I am Nianna, daughter of Kawakaze and Yamakaji, I welcome you. I am a member of the Pack of the Inflamed Winds."
You wonder if that is something she memorized or not. "We are waiting for another pack member, ahh, he here is now..." You turn and see a purple wolf trotting over.
He falls upon the path, rolling in the dirt. It is odd to see him do something you've associated with pets before. He smiles at you, showing his long teeth. It unsettles you a bit.
"I am Ceocyn, son of Windrunner and Bitler, and also a member of the Pack of the Inflamed Winds." He stands, shaking off the dirt. "You may meet the rest of our pack, if you would like. We'd have to take you to the plaque and cave, though, but it would be worth it, we think."
Nianna starts to protest, "Ceocyn, perhaps we shouldn't allow wanderors to view such information..."
"Nonsense!" he replies, happily walking towards her. "Myakai trusted this wanderor. Remember the last person who came through? She kept clear of him."
Nianna sniffs. "He was no wanderor."
Ceocyn nods. "He was looking for trouble. This wanderor is just doing what every wanderor does in the Wood, exploring. Perhaps on a quest or two as well," he added. "But in any case, wanderor, what do you say?"
