Indeed, there is a clearing here, although it is not very wide. You can't see where the exits are, however, as a large, red-and-black equine creature is standing in your way.
Unlike the other you've crossed, however, this one seems quite stantionary. As a matter of fact, had her stomach not been moving in-and-out in a breathing pattern, you'd expect her to be a statue. Her red eyes (while gleaming rather brightly in the light) do not move from you.
You see that there is indeed a path behind her, but how can you get to it? You could just run for it, but would that work? Perhaps she is enchanted so that only when you move into a certain range of her, she attacks?
A bit unnerved, you look back at her. She's quite large, and she looks to be rather fast. Keeping this in mind, you pick out a few of your options, wondering which would be best.
