"Welcome," a woman says as you approach the ocean. Its waves are lapping at her feet, and she seems rather pleased with the fact that you are here.
"Are you hear to explore the ocean?" she asks. Before you can reply, she continues, "I will give you the Breath of Water, which will allow you to travel deep into the ocean. You'll even be able to speak with water creatures!"
You think for a while, wondering if this is safe. "Will it wear off?" you demand, as politely as you can.
She shakes her head. "Not until you return to the shore. You can breath on the surface for only a short period of time, however, so don't stay above the water too long."
She gives you a few moments of thought and says, "If you want me to cast the spell, jump into the water. Otherwise, you'll have to return to the beach."
