You jump into the ocean and hear the woman cast a spell. Before long, you feel dizzy and sink into the water. You feel better, and realize that you now can breath underwater!
The first thing you see reminds you of a seal, although it is far too colorful to be one. He stops when he sees you, and approaches you. "I am Cirahar, a Seung. Do you understand me?" he asks. You wonder if they are speaking a different language which you can only understand because of the spell.
"Yes," you say. It is a strange feeling to be able to talk underwater! Still, you introduce yourself and ask the Seung about the Ocean.
"Ho-hum, what to know about the ocean," he says. "I know there is an oceandome, which is a protected area for many creatures. Somewhere around here there is also a coral reef and I've also heard of a city nearby, too."
"Underwater?" you ask.
